Who we are
pawsh.schedopia.com is a pet grooming salon at 1847 Bramblewood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27608. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, including online booking, and how we use it.
What we collect online
When you book online, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service, groomer and time you chose, and anything you write in the booking notes, such as your pet’s name, breed, weight, age and health notes.
Your pet’s records
We keep your pet’s vaccination records, grooming notes and photos of their haircut on file, so we can groom them safely and the same way each visit. We only use photos of your pet on our website or social media with your permission.
How we use your information
We use it to confirm and remind you about appointments, to text you when your pet is ready, to contact you if something changes during a groom, and to answer your questions. We only send newsletters if you have asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. It is stored on our website and with the service providers who help us run it, such as our web host and email and text message delivery services, only as far as needed to provide our services. We may contact your vet to confirm vaccinations, or in an emergency involving your pet.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your booking session. If we add analytics or embedded content from other sites, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and pet records for as long as you are a client, and for up to three years after your last visit, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you and your pet, or ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
