Most baths take one to two hours and full grooms two to four, depending on size and coat. We don’t book more pets than we can handle, so your pet isn’t waiting in a crate all day. We text you as soon as they’re ready, and ask that you pick up within an hour.

Go by weight: Small is up to 20 lb, Medium 21 to 50 lb, Large 51 to 90 lb and XL over 90 lb. If you’re between sizes, pick the larger one. If your dog turns out to be a different size, we’ll adjust the price at drop-off and tell you before we start.

Dogs need current rabies, DHPP and Bordetella (kennel cough). Cats need rabies and FVRCP. Puppies can visit after their second round of shots. Please email the record before the first visit or bring it with you.

Usually, yes. Tell us in the booking notes and we’ll book a quieter time, take breaks and use Fear Free handling. We never sedate pets. If a groom becomes too stressful, we stop, call you and plan a gentler approach next time.

We can work out small tangles with our Dematting add-on. Heavy matting is painful to brush out, so we’ll call you and recommend a short clip instead. Humane care comes before a particular style.

Yes. Ryan, our feline groomer, sees cats in a separate, quiet room on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with no dogs barking next door.

Make one booking per pet. Book the same drop-off time twice, and add both names in the notes. Many of our baths can take two pets at once, so they’ll be ready together.

You pay at pickup by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash. Tips are never expected but always appreciated, and they go straight to your groomer.
